代理说首付可以分两次付,一次是attorney review之后7天以内,一次是最后
closing。房子热门的话,她建议第一次多付点显示诚意。
我记得review之后contract计算正式生效了,中间除非发生贷款不成,inspection
有问题之类的,就不会有其它风险了,是这样吗?
大家一般是怎么处理的?thx | N**********8 发帖数: 122 | 2 It depend how much you like the house. There are always risk when you back
out the deal the owner might suit you for damage. For example, the owner
missed the peak time to market his house because under contract with you.
If he/she suits you, he/she cannot sell his property during that time. Most
sellers would not go that far to suit a buyer, the risk is there. They
probably will suit you to get the deposit.
Does more deposit make to seller consider your offer more than others?
Sometime it does.
Most of the time, you can get out of contract because the inspection
problems or cannot get mortgage. At that point, you already paid for
inspection, some of the attorney fee and appraisal fee. Thinking carefully
before you put an offer in.

NJRealtor888 is right. It depends on how much you want the house or afford
to lose the deal. You could pay full/partial deposit when making an offer,
signing a contract, by a specific day, or at closing. Your call. You could
sue the seller for the backing out the deal too. |
