quite similar. Closing to Princeton Junction (walking distance to train
station) is even more pricy. If you work in NYC, you d better buy houses in
west Windsor and not plainsboro, because you can be put on a much shorter
wait list than if you live in plainsboro for the parking at the station.
For condos, Princeton Landing is very up graded. East windsor is cheaper,
but its school district is not so good. avoid trenton and Ewing,
lawrenceville is nice too. Robbinsville is lovely, and now they have a lot
of new village style condos, like the plainsboro township.

would be around 300K, a decent house could be 350K. You can look at new
brunswich/franklin/somerset too. They are not too far away but they have
newer condos/construction at similar price.

但把地产税加进去， 就厉害了。
这几个镇哪个印度人少些， 中国人多些。

indian population is double the size of chinese, according to Wikipedia. the
proportion of chinese population in west windsor is ranked 4th in the US.
West windsor is also ranked 15th affluent place in America according to a
Forbes issue. |
