Please check it and correct me if there is any mistake before I send the
final manifest to West Point.
Those 34 people already on the manifest list are guaranteed with seats. Our
cost will be based on this number as of now and it is about $12 per person.
The other 7 people who registered and did not cancel, but haven't send in
the manifest to me yet: Please be aware that our bus's maximum accommodation
is 44 seats, and the deadline is noon Thursday. After that, I'll have to
keep to the then-current roster.

必把相关证件带在身上。
