这件事发生在大约两周前。这个十岁的小男孩放学回家经过一段没有人行道的路面时被
一个teenager司机开的车给撞了。司机停车后问过小孩没事，就开走了。
晚上小孩母亲报警，说小孩被撞后腰酸背疼的什么的。警察来后访问双方了解情况后，
给小孩及司机各开了一张罚单：
1. 小孩在车道上靠右行走，违反交通规则；
2. 司机没有注意观察路上的行人。
我们一般都知道在没有人行道的地方，行人上马路行走出于安全考虑一般走左边。比如
一年前的南卡母女被撞案件。这个案例的重点是，法律规定“行人必须走左边”，否者
违法。查了一下，美国绝大多数州都有类似的法律规定。
这里提请有国内父母来探亲的朋友们，一定要给老人交待清楚，有人行道的地方走人行
道，没有人行道的地方靠左行。另外，买房时尽量不要考虑没人行道的小区。 | j*a
