发帖数: 608 | 4 越贵的地方，房价越牛啊；palo alto 这个地方看了看图，房价几乎是扶摇直上，
2007/2008年后根本没衰退，继续上.
NJ 来说，好区里我看 SHORT HILLS （不包括 MILLBURN） 过去几年房价最挺；
ALPINE 人太少，不具一个典型 TOWN 的特点, 比较缺乏数据。
