Chatham。到底哪里更合适一些呢？最贵也就600K的预算了吧。其他看有人说
livingston, new providence，环境和学区比chatham好还是差呢？

not in hill sections. It can't do most houses in good neighborhoods of
Summit though. |

其实很多new yorker住maplewood的，你这个价位能找到挺好的房子，不过税太高了。

多谢回复啊！新人不太了解，maplewood好像区也不错，税那么高是什么原因呢？不过
学区的话比chatham是不还是差一些？

they are relatively better than those to the north..

voltage transmission towers.
That said, the southern part is slightly better environmentally and more
expensive.

some of is more affordable than the rest.
The neighborhood to the east of overlook hospital is considered affordable
area, where you get a significant portion of non-English speaking residents.
They are mostly working class.
To the north of Springfield ave and the railway, and to the east of Morris
ave, especially between Woodland ave and Essex rd, this part of Summit is
like some best part of Short Hills. The large property lots, stately houses
and proximity to the downtown and train station attract a lot of wealthy
executives. This is one of the most affluent neighborhoods in NJ.
The rest of Summit is just like Chatham or Madison. The areas to the south
west, or the old Franklin hill neighborhoods are generally considered better
thanks to the better environments, but they are all pretty good, and
expensive.

Summit主要是train station算是一个比较大的ｈｕｂ吧？好像有很多express train，

口有关。
union county穷人多，所以税高。。
essex穷人大概更多，所以税大概更高。。
morris county穷人少，所以税低。。。。。
