We have one bedroom in a single family house in a quiet and nice
neighborhood available to rent from the end of Jan, 2013.
The house is located in Iselin, NJ and close to major highways: 5 mins drive
to Rt.1, 3 mins drive to Rt.27. Also it is 1 and ½ miles from Metro
Park train station, which allows you access to NJ Transit, Amtrak and etc.
The neighborhood is very safe and the house is within 1 min walking distance
to a beautiful park. There is plenty of street-parking space in front of
the house.
Room can be furnished or not, you will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom
with 2 more people. Also the Landry room is in the house. The landlord is a
super-nice lady who treats the tenant like family. I graduated from Rutgers
the past May, and I am currently the only tenant living in the house, I
feel very comfortable. The rent will be $500/ month including all utilities.
Female renters preferred.
