发帖数: 90 | 1 新泽西21的县，教育水平最高，学区最好的还是bergen county呀, 简直摇摇领先。
刚才看到2012年教育部表彰的blue ribbon school, 新泽西17所， 6所是bergen
county的。再查查2012 top high school, 前三十名， 九所是bergen county的。
2010年是十一所。
bergen county南部有些蓝领，paramus以北，一片一片几乎都是十分的高中。
难怪房子那么贵。 |

一片的，都是Mansion，深院豪宅。而且那里去城里也不方便啊。和这比，感觉即便是
Millburn,Summit附近住的也是高级打工的,北Bergen都是old money或者不用上班的资

差不多。

发帖数: 90 | 4 那也不至于， 你看那些镇平均家庭收入也就是十万上下，
三四十万的房子很多。 最贵的saddle river, 两百万也很不错了，应该就是你说的豪
宅区。
至于交通， 铁路旁的door to door七八十分钟， 远一些的， 90分钟。
ridgewood, river edge, paramus这些地方都可以单程一小时以下。

估计是历史积淀的好学区。

and saddle river and upper is not the highest. alpine gets more $10M+ houses
north bergen are mostly upper middle class with some rich areas in between.
one good thing is there is no much African and amigo population here. A3 are
in tenafly, i guess. i don't see many along route 17.
i like milburn, or its short hill portion. but the towns around milburn are
not that great. too many blacks. that's one of the reasons we didn't go
there.

所以你到mall里去， 一片片全是黑的，不是老黑就是烙印，相比之下，老墨
也一点也不墨了。
millburn附近起码印度人少。
