太破了，还抢得厉害。对nj一无所知，只知道bergen county不错，具体哪些town还请
各位乡亲推荐。
我们的需要，65万以内，地税不超过一万五。commute到battery park一个半小时以内
，门到门，两个上小学的孩子，希望学校好，但亚裔最好不要超过25%。喜欢colonial,
bilevel/raised ranch, split也可以。
昨天去ridgewood 朋友家吃饭，喜欢那里街道房子整齐，价值大致差不多，整体比
westchester新多了，看着很舒服。

以下。
ridgewood房子太破太老，地税太高，学区也没那么好了， 但door to door可能控制在
一个小时。
mahwah, ramsey, upper saddle river, allendale, river edge, wyckoff, montvale
, park ridge, woodcliff lake等等， 很多town房子还新。
其实， ramsey, allendale, ridgewook地税较高。

地税不低，不过楼主1万5的预算没问题
我个人不愿意住在新泽西北部靠东，离核电站太近，当然楼主Westerchester都住过可
能不太在乎。 |

For LZ's budget, he/she should be able to find a decent house that isn't too
old or too rundown although it may not be that big.
As for Ridgewood's school district, if it's good enough for Goldman Sachs's
CFO's four kids, then it's good enough for most people on this bbs.

area) and midtown (Time Square/Grand Central). The commute to midtown and
downtown is about the same, door to door is between 1hr to 1hr 15 mins.
Asians are well represented in Ridgewood. For international night, the
biggest turn out for Asian parents tend to be Korean, Indian, and Japanese.
Chinese parents unfortunately are not very organized. In Ridgewood, you will
also see many mixed kids who have one Asian parent.
For a house sold for 650k in Ridgewood, the property tax should be around
12k. Good luck with your search!
