方便的区买房，condo,townhouse,均可。 budget不多，学区好当然好，但也不敢太奢
求。
可能1，2年后搬家，希望到时候房子容易出手，或者容易租出去。请大家给推荐地方。

. The Roche company closed this site but it seems has little impact to this
town now. they have newer townhome at lower 300K
Hackensack: They have more high rise on the Prospect ave and the drawbacks
for such high rises are the maintanace fee. These properties are very easy
to rent out because there are a couple of medical centers near by and
doctors are the stable renting populations
You may also want to consider Fort Lee high rises. They are convenient to
the NYC uptown.
Edgewater and west new York are fine too, but try to avoid Imperial Place
which has structural issues and in litigation. In Edgewater, avoid that
community next to the Superfund site (I forgot which one) | d**l
