Responsibilities:
The Business Systems Analyst will work in conjunction with the user
community, external vendors
and the IT team to analyze and design complex solutions to business and/or
system problems.
Translate solution requirements. Prepares detail business specifications
from which programs can
be developed, configured or modified. This person is responsible for the
timeliness of completing
approved projects and deadlines. This position works closely with the
business partner, external
vendors and the IT staff. Provide team and user support as required. This
position will be
responsible for projects related to Commercial IT-Store Systems.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
 Serve as a project team member for application projects from
conception through
implementation working with users to resolve business problems and take
advantage of
business opportunities
 Works directly with the Applications Manager to formulate release
plans including, project
sizing and resource planning.
 Owns all aspects of assigned initiatives required to deliver
superior solution on time and
within budget
 Responsible for all project deliverables
 Consults with Business clients to analyze and understand complex
functions at the module
or system level
 Perform complex problem determination, requirements analysis, and
solution design, at the
module, system or cross system level
 Produce and utilize advanced, complex, design documentation and
process flow information
on a module, system or cross system level
 Plans and coordinates unit, integration, benchmark and user
acceptance test plans
 Translates functional specifications into technical specifications
in conjunction with the
developers and or vendor
 Lead problem determination and resolution efforts in order to
provide ongoing support to
application
 Leads efforts to implement accepted recommendations
 Attends training and stays current on new technologies; Performs
End User Training for
applications
 Performs other projects / duties as needed
Qualifications:
Experience:
 Knowledge of Kronos time keeping
 Knowledge of Kronos labor scheduling
 Understanding of Payroll and Payroll laws
 Microsoft product suite
 Familiar with project management and structured SDLC
 Six plus years of full time employment in Business Analysis or
project related role
 Retail Systems- payroll environment preferred
 Retail Store Operations project experience a plus
 Multi-lingual a plus
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, management
information systems
or closely related technical field,

Responsibilities:
The role of the Testing Manager is to effectively lead the testing efforts
of both internal and external
resources as well as the documentation to support testing. To fulfill this
role the Manager must
understand the discipline of
testing and how to effectively implement a testing process. This includes
building testing plan, test
scripts/cases, and execution of those plans for technical, functional, and
user acceptance test
