neighborhoods are quite different. The first place to look is NY Times ads
(they are not just for rich people). If you are interested in downtown, check
out the Village Voice. Both newspapers have searchable website.
Of course, you should check the craigslist.org. But it seems that craigslist
people are a little fringy. I guess that you can also check the cssa websites
