这家在1br租房促销, 但是因为不在NJ附近, 所以不太了解向大家请教:

不知道有没有同住这个公寓.. 大家觉得这里附近的生活方便程度和安全程度咋样(感觉
walking score还算是高的)? 晚上10点左右还热闹吗? 没有车会不会很痛苦?

second walk). convenient for shopping and restaurant.
You dont really need a car just for living here.
the price is okey. but you can get a cheaper one if you dont want the luxury
stuffs. It is safe as long as you dont go west. There will be not that many
people on the street after 10PM in this area.

you need to pay attention to grove street. You can find 1500$ big one bed
room for sure. or 1300 for a good studio.
for me, grove street is more convenient than newport area.
unfortunately I just rent our my room, otherwise we can be roommates. hehe
