Trader的一般业绩好的话能拿200－300％的bonus, IT也能达到这个水平吗？如果bonus
少于50％的话，我就不想折腾了，直接锯掉。 |

Your offer is good. In hedge fund, your bonus is depending on the profitability of the fund.
10 years ago, my friend in Chicago worked for a small hedge fund (20 people). His base was $45k as IT (which is average IT salary in Chicago for who need H1B sponsorship). Guess what was his bonus? $160k.
Now the firm is already a huge hedge fund / a major market maker in equity options.
So your base is for your technical skill. Your bonus is depending on how your skill increases the marginal profitability on the firm.
