room in an apartment in Elmhurst. I wonder if an apartment in Elmhurst would generally have a parking lot? If not, could anyone give any recommendation about in which district the parking lot would available, since I will definitely keep my car to go out of town every weekend.

might need to pay extra for that.
You can always park on streets. Just need to move your car once per week for
street cleaning.

(couple year)
so, your best bet is to street parking |

Generally, apartments do not provide any parking. |

Is it safe to park a car on the street? Because I used in a very bad
community in midwest, parking a car on the street sometimes means getting
your windows broken and your gps stolen. ^_^

But i don't have a gps in my car. It's probably a good idea not to leave
anything valuable in the car if you plan to park it on the street for a week.
