本人搬到纽约地区不到2个月，收到national grid的两个bill,有几个问题，不知有没
有遇到类
似问题的xdjm.
Q1: gas supply meter 读数感觉偏高！
我以前在另外一个州，冬季也很冷，零下10摄氏度的时候是比较多的，那时候租的
apartment比现
在的略大（都是1bd, 1bath, 1kitchen)，而且5面没有邻居，保温效果较差，冰箱是现
在的2倍
多大，炉子也都大很多。而现在的apartment,除了一面朝南没有邻居外，别的方向都有
邻居都住
人，保温效果较好。家里一般情况下温度在60F到65F之间，很少听到heater主动工作。
我一般在早上起床后打开加热器，到70F，洗完澡吃完早饭后，就关到55F去学校了，直
到晚上睡觉
回来，别的一般不开heater。
搬过来之前，最高月份用气32-35THERMS。而在这边，截止到上个bill周期，用heater
的时候很
少，结果气表读数是原来的最高月份的两倍还多。我查了一下，1个Therms能将正常大
小的一个房间
加热到室温2个小时。
大家有没有类似情况，感觉读数偏高的？如果确实有这样的问题，如何解决？
Q2: Total delivery service charge 费用很高，站总charge的55%左右。
national grid 每个账单前面有一项 total delivery service charge,而且费用很高。
比如我上月的bill,total delivery service charge: $70.17，总charge $128.00.而
我实际电费一共是$5.9, gas supply:$55 (都已含sales tax和tariff surcharge）。
上上一个bill 是national grid 给我估算的（说是他们没有之前的读数）。半个月时
间，
charge $100， 其中有约$50的total delivery service .
以前在所在的州，1月份最冷的时候一般水电费在$70左右，而现在在这边还没怎么用，
bill已经达
到$128,当然最主要的是是那个total delivery charge,以前用的服务里面没有这个。
请问这个total delivery charge是正常的吗？ | u******o

都啥年代了，还都是人工读表，然后charge一个让人吃惊的total deliver service
fee.
而且我感觉我使用的气表和电表，跑的太快，应该是有很大的短斤缺两行为。但是不知
道这个有没有办法来投诉？
他娘的，在另外一个州住了若干年，从来没有为水电费这个事情揪心过。在这个地方，
不怎么使用，水电费就这么高，都不知道要是不注意，放开用得花掉多少血汗钱。 | | | u******o
