It's defined by the events and the two people in the moment and not so much
the place.
But to answer your question in a more general way my fave is the
conservatory garden in central park. I'm a sucker for ornate gardens.
Stillwell ave, train station...
The Brooklyn Promenade.
It's wherever you make it!! You shouldn't think of the romantic place, you
should make your own romantic place!!
I agree with all the 'real' places above. And I agree that the company makes
it romantic ;-)

Sunrises on a rooftop in the east village. Most romantic moment I've had in
the city, and the company wasn't even that wonderful, so there.
And yes, the cherrie blossoms at the Brooklyn Botanical Garden are lovely,
but it's too crowded there for any real romance, I think.
I also thought Little Branch was cozy and romantic, even with shit company.
