For equal success with an Asian woman, an African-American needs no
additional income; a white man needs $24,000 less than average; a Hispanic
man needs $28,000 more than average.

NYTimes blog. link:http://faculty.chicagobooth.edu/emir.kamenica/documents/racialPreferences.pdf) before you make any conclusion. the article in NYTimes blog is very misleading. below are just my a couple of cents:
1. the study was done in 400 participants, including both female and male. -
small sample size
2. all participants are columbia graduate or professional school students. -
biased sampling
3. 85 participants are identified as Asian while only 28 are originally from
east Asia. - so don't assume that 亚裔女人=chinese girl
4. the study end point is just if the participant want to continue after a 4
minute Speed Dating.
5. no detailed information about how attractiveness, income, etc.
distributed in each gender and each race group disclosed. (just an
assumption: if Asia male participants have the highest income among all the
racial groups, you can still get the 亚裔女人倒贴 conclusion even if it is
not true.)
so please please please read the article first before you say any bad word
against your people.
btw, the following are copied from the paper too. "We similarly find that
female Asian partners are consistently rated as less attractive." "even
Asian men find white, black, and Hispanic women to be more attractive than
Asian women." - chinese boys, do you really think so? if you do, why you
still care if 亚裔女人倒贴?

would claim to have 95% confidence with a 5% margin of error.
Whether the sample population is representative would be up for debate.

need bigger sample size if you want to test a hypothesis regarding the sub
racial groups of female. however, 400 is the total study population -
including both male and female.
