I am aware of the possible risks and dangers of participating in outdoor
activities such as hiking, camping, canoeing, biking, etc. and possible
accidents or illnesses due to the forces of nature. By participating on
thisactivity I have and I do hereby assume all of the above risks and will
holdthe guides, leaders, and MITBBS harmless from any and all liability,
actions, debts, claims and demands of every kind which may arise in
connection with this trip. The terms hereof shall serve as a release and
assumption of risk for my heirs, executors, and administrators and for
members of my family.

Elevation gain: approx.1400ft
气候: 查 10901
可选路线1: 7 hills trail, one way and walk along Lake Sebago then take Stony
Brook trail back to parking. about 11miles 难 (回程基本上在湖边,小溪边, 难度中等)
可选路线2: 7 hills trail, to and fro. 14miles, 14 hills. 很难
两个选择都是hilly, some rock scrambles
最低要求: hiking boots/shoes, 个人食物/水/衣物, 有hiking经验或足够体力.
