(future)+carry = (index)+dividend, carry is decided by current interested
rate. right now ir is almost 0 so carry is much lower than projected divs.
so future price < index price.
back 2008 ir was like 5% so dividend < carry, hence future > index

为什么我推出相反的结论？是不是少什么条件？
