you have to get a license first and wait at least 24 hours for the ceremony,
then the next day, you go to city hall again for the ceremony,
first come first serve, no appointment, just make sure come with a witness
and it is indeed 24 hours after your license,. | l**********e

我印象中是第一次先过去，把资料都交了说要结婚。
然后等至少24小时。
之后就可以再去一次，举行仪式并领取证件了。
两次的地方可以不一样。
CITYHALL旁的CLERK OFFICE应该会漂亮点。一般周一，周五会相对多人。
早上10点前到的话，人会少一点。不用预约，走进去就可以了。当然要带齐证件和一名
证婚人。
