以后，我再来总结一下霸凌algorithm.
首先霸凌algorithm：
柿子捡软的捏。然后捡稍软的捏。 最后收拾硬柿子。
估计那是硬柿子吓的硬不起来了。
就这么简单。 老中精英在IT职场几乎全军覆没
也是这样。
举例：
1. 最惨痛的教训是犹太人总结的：
“First they came …” is a famous statement and provocative poem attributed
to pastor Martin Niemöller (1892–1984) about the cowardice of German
intellectuals following the Nazis' rise to power and the subsequent purging
of their chosen targets, group after group.
First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.
2. 思科高通微软IBM。
First they outsourced the IT and I did not speak out -
because i agree tech supports could be outsourced
Then they outsourced the HR and I did not speak out -
because i agree HR needs some slimming
Then they laid off the mediocre performers and I did not speak out -
because i am a little bit better than mediocre
Then they laid off the senior programmers and I did not speak out -
because i am not senior
Then they laid off me, and there was no one left to speak for me.
3. 网络上如火如荼的内斗。
First they attacked the 荔波肉Chinese politicians,
and I did not speak out -because i am a republican
Then they attacked the Chinese politicians as 流氓,
and I did not speak out -because i am not 流氓.
Then they attacked the Chinese politicians as not Chinese enough,
and I did not speak out -because i am Chinese enough.
Then they attacked me and there was no one left to speak for me.
然后我继续说说反霸凌algorithm...
反霸凌algorithm就
更简单了：
一旦最弱的环节受压力，
立刻反攻。 不求胜利，
至少让霸凌付出极大的代价。
这个最弱的环节，有可能是人，
也有可能是荣誉。
case:
1. Hitler侵略捷克，爆发二战。
再艰难，也不悔。反观日本对
中国的侵略，就是早期霸凌的代价实在
太太太低了。
2. 西部殖民者的Circle the wagon
战术。
3. 安倍参拜靖国神社。 这是
侮辱。 必须PR猛反击之，让
安倍付出代价。 中国做的对
4. Jimmy Kimmel show 广告反华
言论。 老中奋起抗议之。 老中做的对。
5. 防微度渐， google "break window policing
theory"
6. 弯曲的呼声很高的烙印Ro Khanna。
经常反华黑中国。 老中应集体抵制他。
7. 工会有一个工人被裁，一群去罢工的
传统。 虽然工会日久成霸，但是IT业真
需要工会。 烙印CXO很善于“分而治之”的
霸凌战术： 2年窃中企业，10年窃大企，
20年窃国。 必须反抗。 |
