思来想去开始觉得不放心，再来问几个问题，希望大家给些回答。万分感谢！！
我的问题是：
如果没有做过1st trimester的ultrasound，只做了blood test的唐筛，会把假阳性率
增加吗？
due date是按conception date算的，会增加假阳性率吗？
还有即使宝宝没有down symdrome，那么血检唐筛不正常到底反映了什么情况呢？ | v*****1

Yes, it will. Also, among all women who have positive screening result, only
1 out of 50 or 100 ( I don't remember exactly) will have a baby with birth
defect. So no need to worry.
Yes. incorrect gestation age is one of the major causes for the false
positive result in screening test. Also, one of the purposes of doing
ultrasound is to determine the accurate gestation age.
Don't worry too much. Every one is different, and every baby is different.

护士只在电话里通知结果是negative，没说多少，回头见医生是不是要再问问
negative了是不是就不用做羊穿了？UltraSound呢？还重要吗？护士说UltraSound
给往后推了，有必要跟医生说说尽快做吗？ | q****u
发帖数: 611 | 5 I think when the nurse said negative, most likely it means the blood is
negative, which is good. that is what my nurse told me too, then i asked
for the number. the negative blood result will lower the number you got
from NT test, which i got right after the ultrasound. MM can ask the nurse
to give you the number.

理论上，如果你是negative而且小于35岁就不用做羊穿了。
大于35岁的还是做了比较好。因为唐筛的漏查率也有20%，而35岁以上本来比例就比较高，20%以后也不很低了。 | I*********r

发帖数: 611 | 8 my ob said there is no such thing as "negative" or "positive" for the
screening test, it is all about the statistics. if you want to know the 100
%, you need to do the CVS or amnio. but he did mention some kind of cutoff
number, cannot remember exactly, i think 1:250 sounds about right.
