一)朋友推荐，朋友的孩子上过三个daycare（其中包括蒙校），最喜欢的是这个；
二）daycare在上下班路上，离我家步行10分钟，很方便；
三）小朋友的父母受教育程度、收入水平应该跟我们差不多；

也不错 这么好的机会也不容易 无论对家庭收入 还是将来换签证都有好处(我现在是L2
以后如果老公换h1 我就要换h4 就没办法工作了 所以要趁现在l2的时候找好 到时候
公司会帮着换h1的)
我只能尽量晚点去上班 宝爸请假在家再带一个月 然后她半岁送daycare
宝宝外婆一直要我把她送回国去带 他们都能帮忙 还可以请个保姆 但是我不放心 一个
是国内的医疗水平我挺担心的 要是有个急病啥的 挂号半天都见不到医生 另外宝宝的
疫苗也没打完 要说回国打 那个毒疫苗事件还没平息 我实在不放心 (就算是再小概率
事件 发生在谁家身上都是巨大的悲剧) 再者我是真舍不得小妞
或者送去family daycare 要么请个nanny 会不会好些呢?

to live in the USA.
Me and my LG are also working parents, my parents in law came and help us
for my daughter first three months. For your baby that young (six months
old) i think hiring a nanny is better if possible, she can take care of your baby,cook you dinner and
do some house works. If you live in places closed to Chinatown, just posting an
ad/notice on the store. I found my own nanny by using this method, in the

你自己的parenting style是什么很重要，在面试的时候一定要问清楚。比如他们是否
采取crying out method，如果你孩子睡觉前需要哄，他们是否会根据孩子的需要来
provide care, 还是硬逼你孩子适应他们的style and schedule
follow your heart, 这点太重要了，fail了两次，其实我面试的时候都感觉到了 |

having a cold.
If she still not getting better, I need to see the Ped again.

out 我觉得实在是有误他们的终生。他们对这个世界的信任，self confidence, self
worthiness 就是在这个时候形成.
其实有些很小的私人day care很好，他们不做广告，只收朋友refer的孩子，但是他们
小baby收得很少，因为they are held a lot.我已经将儿子放在waiting list上面，至
少得等个1-2年才能拍到队。那时孩子也大点了。

消息了，我们要搬了。所以it works out pretty well. 到新的地方我会好好再找个
