后来有朋友提醒我要每天晒太阳来合成维D,可是我每次出去晒了几分钟就蔫巴了,这还
是一大早或者傍晚的时候。。。
大家每天都晒几分钟太阳啊? |

to bake for hours at a stretch, know that just a few minutes of sun exposure
each day should do the trick.

前一阵子在哪里看的我忘记了,说从食物或者多维片里摄取的维D其实效果都不够好,
还是天然的阳光对吸收钙最有帮助。好像成年人最好要20分钟吧每天,而且不可以涂防
晒霜。。。可能小宝宝可以不用晒那么久?
想到我怀孕以后都快6个月几乎都没怎么直接晒过太阳,真有点担心会不会缺钙。有时
候下午7点多钟出去,虽然太阳都快下山了,但是地表空气还是非常闷热,真希望九月
份以后能稍微凉快点

amount of sun exposure needed to maintain adequate vitamin D levels make it
difficult to provide general guidelines. It has been suggested by some

r******i 发帖数: 2662 | 7 有意思,我看到的文章还说最好避免10点到4点的太阳呢,可能是害怕sunburn吧
不过看了你这段,我想就时不时地出去晒个两三分钟好了,积少成多 :)

不过还是应该适当晒晒吧... |
