the second time.
I asked for replacement instead of refund. They asked for the lot number,my
phone number, my address both in US and China and said they will send ready-
to-feed (I specailly requested it) formula to China. They will also send
shipping lables and boxes to China to ship the contaminated formula back to
US. I am not very positive about all this. When I asked if this is a promise

开始说several days给答复，被我骂回去了，说明天答复，并且要了manager的名字和
电话。
做好准备和他们死磕了，估计少不了argue，希望有类似情况的童鞋也打电话提要求！ |

发帖数: 15 | 4 Is that so? Ready-to-feed is supposed to taste better than powder one. But I
strongly doubt they will even ship powder ones, let alone ready-to-feed.
They may just try to do some temporary relief on angry parents.
