发帖数: 54 | 1 I just came back from my primary doctor and was told I have a ruptured
ovarian cyst. 555~~~ I had a D&C 5 weeks ago. Since then I have been having
consistent pelvic pain. Went to my OB twice and did a sonogram. My OB told
me everything looked fine. But today, only 2 weeks after my OB's sonogram,
I have a ruptured ovarian cyst! Now I am completely pissed off. My OB even
didn't find the existence of the cyst. I told her of my pain she just kept
telling me it's normal. Since the pain wouldn't go away, I turned to my PCP.
And my PCP found the problem. But my PCP again asked me to go back to my OB
for treatment.....
Anyone had the same situation before? I did my research online. Ruptured
ovarian cyst can be very serious. 555~~~ Jms, please give me your blessing.

时候把囊肿顺便取掉了。今年因为非经期出血去做b超，b超师告
诉我有一个ruptured cyst，吓我一跳，我没有疼过啊。b超师说
是正常的那种，就是每个卵泡产生的时候就是一个cyst，然后就
自己破裂了。只有非正常的那些cyst才是危险的
不过说回来，这美国ob好像不太管用，我做了一圈检查也没有查
出究竟为什么出血，ob也说不出所以然，说可以给我吃激素调整。
我直觉应该是某个地方出了问题，但是他们查不出 |

can see fluid.
From what I read, if you don't have pain, I think you are fine. I have been
having pelvic pain for over 5 weeks. It really hurts! :(((

unhappy with what I told her. She questioned the results I just got and
insisited the sonogram she did for me was more reliable. She told me she
didn't see any cyst on her sonogram result. Well, I am not happy either
because I'm having pain.
Now I'm losing my trust on the OB. Every time I call her about some
abnormalities, she said "it's normal". Then I miscarried, I had pain after
the D&C.... |

Don't spend time on online information, which just scare you and make you
worried.

发帖数: 14902 | 16 我的case和mm不同，不过也写出来，也许对别的mm有用
我孕13周时第一次做B超，查出左右卵巢各有一个大囊肿，一个6cm，另一个9cm
B超师问我肚子疼不疼，我说一点儿没感觉，OB说也有可能是孕期激素引起的，不过因
为我在怀孕前没做过B超（我最后一次B超是9年前，那时没有）所以不能确定是不是怀
孕引起的，她要和妇科会诊，过了1周告诉我说应该是良性的
到16周我出血，又做了B超，查出可能是子宫颈出血，6cm那个囊肿缩小到4.5cm，另一
个大的变成了2个小的，体积还是那么大，OB说应该是这次B超看的更清楚了，能分辨出
来是2个
然后22周做大B超，小个儿那个囊肿测不到了，只看到一些tissue，妇科的人看了估计
是这个cyst collapse了，右边两个没啥变化。鉴于我从始至终都不疼，所以他们决定
在我孕期不再进一步检查囊肿了，等我生产过后6-8周再看发展情况
由此看来如果是有pain的cyst还是要track的，所以lz还是换个大夫给看吧。美国的产
科和妇科是分开的，我的cyst虽然每次OB都会说些她自己的诊断，但随后都会跟一句要
给妇科那边的人看，可见卵巢这个部位妇科的比较权威，所以lz不要再给OB看了，找
