works 6 days a week and in the night, my son slept with her. That time, baby
was too little, sometimes, I saw she let my son sleeps in her arms for
hours. She also cooks for the whole family. My 2nd nanny is not as good as
the previous one. My mum does not like the food she cooks. As result, she
doesn't cook dinner ( mum cooks ). I pay this nanny $1400. She also needs to
take care of baby in the night and works 6 days a week. Since she lives
quite far from my house, so she is with us for 2 weeks and back home for 2
days.
Both of my nannies does not speak good madarian. They are cantanese.
2nd nanny, speak horrible madarian, often time caused miscommunication. That
I have to yell at her to get things agreed and understand....
Ideally, I am looking for someone, which I could pay a little less and able
to cook. It would take time to find such nanny.
I have friends whose nanny only cost $1200, but much functional than ones
hired for $1800+
If anyone comes to me asks for what I used to pay. I would just tell them go
away, call someone else. |
