不了了，于是写信去Pampers问了下。
答案是所有sensitive 3，4都是dry max，不管有没有字样。

With the Swaddlers Sensitive Size 3, they all contain our Dry Max design.
This is also the same for the Swaddlers Sensitive Size 4. If you are looking
for a diaper without our Dry Max feature in Size 3, the Baby Dry do not
contain Dry design. The Baby Dry also go up to Size 6.

With our Swaddlers and Cruisers, the packaging is going to have a small
change because our Dry Max design is no longer a new feature, so it will no
longer be on the front of the box.
With the Dry Max, our diapers always have been and continue to be safe for
babies. This is confirmed both by our testing and by the Consumer Product
Safety Commission, which reviewed the product and did not identify any cause
linking Dry Max to diaper rash.
