WE PETITION THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION TO:
Switching to a free online visa appointment scheduling system in China
US Embassy and Consulates in mainland China employ a third-party call
center to schedule visa interviews, which incurs a fee of $0.7/minute
and extensive traveling cost for buying pre-paid phone cards. This
system does not benefit the US government and nourishes corruption.
We the people urge the U.S. Embassy and Consulates to switch to a free
online system for visa-scheduling in China. If not, please explain why
visa applicants in most other countries and regions can schedule their
visa interviews online for free, which is efficient, accurate, and
cost-effective.

要重头学点参加汉语托福考试了，哈哈

it took them over 12 mins to cancell my father's appointment, and made a
new one, so I have to buy a 3rd card , and they scheduled my mum on an

when they reschedule you, you can not simply change the date, you have to
tell them the passport number, personal ID #, name, pinyin, phone #, etc, in
order to cancel and tell these infomation again to reschedule. | b*****r

第1张，查询时间；
第2张，终于有想要的时间了，被告知需要重新买电话卡，因为每个人预约需要4分钟！
第3张，预约成功了，但是把父母安排在不同的时间，硬是说没有空位！
第4张，改时间，被告知需要先取消之前的预约，不能直接改时间。改就改吧，还得确
认上次预约时填的每一条信息，结果又花了8分钟。
第5张，预约，重新填写各项信息，预约成功。
最荒唐的是，改时间需要先取消再重新预约，信息都在那里，直接改一下时间会死人吗
？奶奶的，坑爹
