以前都没注意。听人说那种不粘的带teflon的不好。查了一下， non-stick coating
teflon 需要用PFOA
nonstick coatings "could reach 700 degrees Fahrenheit in as little as 3-5
minutes, releasing 15 toxic gases and chemicals, including two carcinogens."
The release of toxic fumes from nonstick cookware is known to kill pet
birds at much lower temperatures—as low as 464 degrees Fahrenheit,
according to the EWG.
问题在于中国人炒菜多， 有时粗心导致过热。所以一旦有过过热以后我就不想用了。
还有那种rice cooker, 看上去也是那种teflon的 no-stick coating, 时间长了， 几
年下来， 看上去就有些chipping.
考虑那种all-clad stainless 的cookware, 比如
cuisinart, 也说是带"preimium nonstick interier". hard anodized construction.
