daughter's two eyes have very different sights, and recommend using
correction glasses for about a couple of years. To further confirm my
daughter has the issue, we went to a special pediatric ophthalmology (eye
doctor) today, the doctor said my daughter's eyes do have very different
sights: +6.00 and +1.00, and she has eye anisometropia 眼屈光参差 and will

correction glasses for whole life.
This is really too much and unexpected to me. It appears to me that my
daughter can see anything without problems, and there has been no any sign
that she would have this issue.Is anisometropia that serious? what is the
consequence of having an anisometropia? Any suggestion would be appreciated.
眼屈光参差就是两只眼屈光不正的度数相差悬殊：一只眼的度数很大，另一只眼的度数
很小，甚至正常。或者一只眼远视。另一只眼近视。我们称这类屈光不正为屈光参差，
即两只眼屈光度数不等。临床上规定：两只眼屈光不正的度数（远视或近视）相差1.50
个屈光度（通常说的150度），或者散光相差1.00个屈光度（通常说的100度）以上者和
为屈光参差。这类患者观察物体的时候，一只眼比较清晰，另一只眼比较模糊，甚至两

一般的话听医生的，anisometropia 回导致弱视。

我，我会再咨询另外一个眼科医生确诊，然后积极治疗。如果不干预治疗，会越来越严

你们这个两眼视力差距这么大,会导致LAZY EYE,不用的那个眼睛退化会很厉害.
不知道可不可以让把好的眼睛遮住强迫用不好的那只来改善呢.也许能发育的好一些?
不过,干预肯定是必须的,不能放任自流.

屈光不齐是一件很严重的事情。你觉得你小孩看东西没有问题，但实际上她可能只是在
用一只眼睛看东西。就像英国前首相布朗，有一只眼睛是完全失明的，他如果不说，你
也不知道。
屈光不齐造成两只眼睛看到的景象，大小和模糊程度差异很大，无法进行融像，因此度
数较大的眼睛就会被抑制，看到的景象变得浅而且模糊。最后的结果就是只用一只眼睛
看东西，另外一只眼睛就会形成弱视。弱视最大的问题在于没有办法用眼镜进行矫正，
没有矫正视力。
这种情况应该在6岁以前，对度数较大的眼睛进行训练。12岁以前也有治疗效果，但是
12岁以后基本就没有办法了。
主要的训练方法就是遮住好眼睛，强迫差眼睛看东西。有的人需要带眼镜，有的远视度
数浅的不需要。当差眼睛带上眼睛后矫正视力达到1.0（也就是正常的远视眼水平），
还需要锻炼孩子同时用双眼看东西的能力，也就是培养双眼单视功能。这些都完成了之
后，是不是需要一辈子带眼镜，这个我不太清楚。但是我想如果度数没有改变，恐怕是
需要的。
你可以搜一下“单眼弱视”的相关内容，当然最主要的还是要找个好医生，制定完备的
