Hello fellow professionals,
May I have your attention please. An allnurses.com user by the name of
nursebrandie made a valid point in the emergency nursing subforum that I
would like to discuss with all of you. We were discussing the use of
paramedics in the ER, and it was mentioned that the two professions were
interchangeable. This is alarming to a professional nurse such as myself. We
must not give give up our career roles to | w**o

一个人不可能什么都会.而且因为护士管的事情太多,没法做太多事情.配药,PT/OT什么的
,其实我们都会做.但是都没有时间做.可能为了病人的安全考虑,才分配给不同的人做的
吧.
每个行业都会有危机感.就像医生看到NP也很有危机感一样.开始的时候什么都要限制NP
.华盛顿州的NP之所以权利最大,那是他们打官司出的结果.然后别的州才开始效仿放宽的
.现在事实证明NP是没法把MD的工作取代的.就像别的专业没法取代护士一样.
我一个FLIGHT NURSE同学真的很酷,什么都会,CHEST TUBE, INTUBATION都是基本的.听
他说的经历,我也很向往专做TRAUMA和ER,很有挑战性.
