Because the posting is posted in the hospital lobby, how can USCIS know it
is there? What kind of document do you have to submit to USCIS to prove
there is such a posting in the hospital lobby? Also if I am hired by neuro
floor, does the post have to include a "neuro RN position"?
Please advise. Thanks a lot.

Specifics about the position you are going to take such as pay rate, shift,
unit should be in the copy of job posting for I140 submission too. |
