intern one month ago, so far I like this job and my mentor is very nice and
instructive. Here in ICU, no PCT, two Patients, total patients care.
Ususally I work 2 night shifts in a row. On the second shift, my feet start
aching. After I finish the second shift, I nearly cannot walk anymore. I
have to sleep and rest on the bed all the day. NEED suggestion and HELP. | m*******e

发帖数: 28 | 3 抱抱~~~~会不会是静脉瓣的问题静脉血回流慢，如果是那样的话，睡觉的时候用枕头把
脚抬高，穿 anti embolism sock , CVS, Walgreen 都有卖的。
实在不行就得看医生了。。。

发帖数: 2638 | 5 我刚开始的时候上夜班，睡觉也发生过腿抽筋，不到一个月的时间抽了三次，每次都抽
醒了，然后腿很疼。就call sick。老板都烦了。同时也因为总睡不好。
然后趁机换了白班。之后就好了。 至今也没去找医生。 |
