Case detail:
2006/11: I-140 and I-485 (Schedule 1)
2007/07: I-140 approoved
2008/02: I-485 soft update
2009/02: I-485 request for more evidence
Is there anybody who has similar experience? If Schedule 1 is no longer
available, what are they going to do with my case at this time?
BTW, my case is at NSC. | G*******n

2006年１１月schedule A是有名额的，所以你的case是随时可能批准的，好好准备RFE吧

发帖数: 35 | 3 No matter what, you need to submit the evidences they required to support
your case. However, now there is no visa available to Schedule workers.
since 2007, the schedule A is under catergory of EB3. Now (Feburary/2009)
according to visa bullitn, EB3 for Chinese workers is back to 10/2002.
Contact your attorney to submitted all the requested evidence ASAP in order
to maintain your active status. Any confusions, you may communicate with
your attorney.
