我是08年10月底开始申请加州考试的,今年1月底通过审核。中间因为找学校教务处盖
章很麻烦,耽误了2个多月,材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把
我当时准备的情况跟大家说一下也许对将要申请的人有一点帮助。
我个人从这里寄出去的材料包括:
1.国内护士执照的公正,在这里网上找的公证处,在纽约,叫最佳公正,电话
7183212810
2.指纹卡,就在我住的地方的警察局办的,free
3.handbook上的申请表,贴一张照片在右下角(handbook链接:http://www.rn.ca.gov/pdfs/applicants/exam-app.pdf
这一页有一项是填社会安全号,我当时没有就空着的,没有关系。
4.两张支票,一张办指纹的($51),一张申请的($75)
5.写了一封信,表示感谢,一张纸,很客气的几句话
从学校寄出的材料:
1.中英文成绩单(学校有,我来之前到学校教务处办好的)
2.学位证书和毕业证书中英文版(来之前自己办好到学校教务处办好的,盖好了章)
3.课程描述9门(内外妇儿、精神科护理、生理、解剖、免疫、微生物,好像是这些,
请参考的人自己再斟酌。)

我们学校提供的成绩单只写了总的实习时间一年,所以我就自己写了精神科实习时间8
周,因为我有个老师跟一些中介机构合作办理一些护士出国,去英国或者其他国家,曾
经想过版一些护士来美国,但好像没成功。然后她告诉我你如果要申请美国的护士考试
,记得一定要把精神科实习时间写的大于等于8周,所以,我就这么写了,看到网上是
有姐妹在这里出了问题,所以我觉得我的那个老师说的对。
如果你们学校已经把各个科室的实习时间全部明细出来了,我就不知道了

的,而且是需要学校盖章的,不是说自己填写“一定要写大于等于8周”,而是学校根
据你们的课程设置具体填写实际的时间的。

你好,我这几天正在学校弄成绩单的事情,请问护士局对理论课时有没有要求啊,另外
有没有要求老年护理呢?听你说精神科实习时间要不少于8周,我是用小时算的,我发
现自己填少了,不知道会不会有问题,哎呀,郁闷,是不是改过来比较好啊!你的临床
实习都是按周计算的吗?
还有,你的毕业证也要找学校开证明吗?我以前听说只要找翻译公司翻译就可以了吧?

这个我不知道,但是我们学校有上精神科理论课,我记得我们理论课的时间也很少,只
有36个学时。我们没有老年护理这门课,但是我在内外科的护理课程描述中写了老年护
理。8周就是320小时,大于等于320小时应该就没什么问题了吧,我写的也是小时,写
的320小时。我毕业证和学位证的是我来没之前自己做好英文版的找学校教务处盖章的
,那样很省事很明了,也有人是找公证公司办的。我没找,我觉得效果是一样的。

你是近期申请的考试资格吗?我现在就是不知道明天到底要不要做更改啊!我好像填的
是理论实践90小时,实习时间是120小时。

我是在国内上的护校。07申请的考试执照。没有听说理论课时和实习课时有没有一个比
例。以前听一个台湾朋友说只要理论和实习都达到60个小时(3个学分)就没有问题。

附件是word文档,有的,你再从头到尾看一下。我的这49个问题是我第一次从这里寄了
我的申请材料后加州护士局寄给我的,不是在网站上找的,为方便大家知道加州护士局
对于从未有人申请过的学校的新人提出的问题,是我自己一个字一个字敲进去的。我个人认为你不要急着做着49个问题,建议等加州护士局来信要求你回答再回答,我写出来的目的是让大家有个概念看加州护士局希望了解你们学校的哪些方面。我又发了一封附件,你再看看吧。
没听到老师说加州局发信到学校,应该不会到学校查询吧,因为语言不通啊,学校的老师是讲不好英语的。我的成绩单是学校提供的原始成绩单未作任何的改动。

我们学校的护理系简介是是护理系本来就有的,辅导员帮我从系里拿得,没有应该也没
有多大关系吧,你有你们学校的简介,里面有提到护理系应该也行吧。个人认为最主要
的应该是成绩单、课程描述和breakdown,这些是了解你个人的护理学习情况,其他的
都是要了解你们学校的情况。当然能做的完美是最好的了。

你好,看了你的有关国内毕业如何报考加州RN 文章,很有收获,非常感谢。但还是有
几个问题还是不太清楚:你是国内本科?因为我没有学位证书(我是中专护校毕业,工
作后参加自考大专毕业的),这影响吗?其次,我中专护校有学精神科护理和解剖,但
自考大专没有这些考试科目,怎么办?至于学校简介和护理系简介我是没有的,因为我
是自考的,这也该怎么办?还有去哪里要handbook上的申请表?另外,你自己做的那些
寄回国内的样板能否寄来给我参考?我的邮箱:(p***[email protected]).

最近在搬家,网络不通,每个人的情况很不一样,找资料只有靠自己,说句不好听的话
,就是你如果都不知道你学校的情况,别人怎么知道,又怎么帮得到你呢。你一定要自
己想办法联系你的学校。我是国内护理本科毕业,一直在学校上课的那种,所以我找起
资料来很是方便,再加上毕业不久,老师很nice,所以我的材料准备起来相对比较顺利
。我做的样板都是手写的,没有扫描到电脑里,很无奈,没办法给你看了。关于加州的
handbook。链接:http://www.rn.ca.gov/pdfs/applicants/exam-app.pdf,你要把这些东西都打印出来,表格就出来了。所有要填的表格都是可以在这26页中找到的。打印出来后你要认真的逐字逐句的读懂每句话,才能知道该怎么办。
你自考的大专是学校发的毕业证书吗?如果是,你可以在网上搜这个学校,然后找护理
系的电话,打过去问那些你不知道的情况,我觉得她们一般都是很nice的。
申请考试,主要是靠自己,别人能帮的忙还是比较有限的!

的有效呀?因为我毕业的比较早,不知道还有没有用?还有,你知道他们具体是怎么审

学帮忙打印出来找辅导员到教务处盖章的。一定要记得把精神科的实习时间写的大于等于8weeks,非常重要。刚才看到morphine在下面留言说她的精神科实习时间是120hour也通过了审核。breakdown(链接的第17页)那一页我是自己做了个样板寄回国内,然后请教务处的老师帮我抄一遍的,然后请他们盖章的,所以实习的时间都是我自己填好的,就是写的非常符合实际,而且有精神科的实习8Weeks的时间。寄回国的材料必须做的非常细致,不然的话他们不懂想帮忙反而帮了倒忙。我当时是寄了所有的样板,写的非常明确在哪里盖章,盖学校哪个科室的章,同时寄了3份空白copies。
4.学校简介和加州护士局要求回答的49个问题(如果你是你们学校第一个申请的才需要
回答这个问题),也是到这里之后自己弄好的,然后在网上传给国内的同学,请同学帮
忙打印出来找辅导员到教务处盖章的。
5.护理系简介,中英文版,是辅导员帮我找的,还找了些目前在使用的课程表和学校简
介(中文版)
好像就是这些材料,我的所有材料寄到(辅导员帮我用EMS寄的可以跟踪查询),9天后
我收到了加州护士局寄来的信说我通过了审核,有资格参加RN 考试了。
附件是我准备的课程描述的一个样本和加州护士局要求回答的49 问题,附件被我不知
怎么弄的,看起来好像没有49个问题了,但大概就是这些问题。
我觉得附件很重要,希望需要的人把它下下来,仔细看看。很多时候不是别人能够帮你的事情必须自己去做,要想申请成功,我觉得主要靠自己,仔细的看加州护士局的handbook,还有加州护士局回复给你的每一封信。
希望对在准备申请的人有所帮助。

周,因为我有个老师跟一些中介机构合作办理一些护士出国,去英国或者其他国家,曾
经想过版一些护士来美国,但好像没成功。然后她告诉我你如果要申请美国的护士考试
,记得一定要把精神科实习时间写的大于等于8周,所以,我就这么写了,看到网上是
有姐妹在这里出了问题,所以我觉得我的那个老师说的对。
如果你们学校已经把各个科室的实习时间全部明细出来了,我就不知道了

这个我不知道,但是我们学校有上精神科理论课,我记得我们理论课的时间也很少,只
有36个学时。我们没有老年护理这门课,但是我在内外科的护理课程描述中写了老年护
理。8周就是320小时,大于等于320小时应该就没什么问题了吧,我写的也是小时,写
的320小时。我毕业证和学位证的是我来没之前自己做好英文版的找学校教务处盖章的
,那样很省事很明了,也有人是找公证公司办的。我没找,我觉得效果是一样的。

我们学校的护理系简介是是护理系本来就有的,辅导员帮我从系里拿得,没有应该也没
有多大关系吧,你有你们学校的简介,里面有提到护理系应该也行吧。个人认为最主要
的应该是成绩单、课程描述和breakdown,这些是了解你个人的护理学习情况,其他的
都是要了解你们学校的情况。当然能做的完美是最好的了。

你好,看了你的有关国内毕业如何报考加州RN 文章,很有收获,非常感谢。但还是有
几个问题还是不太清楚:你是国内本科?因为我没有学位证书(我是中专护校毕业,工
作后参加自考大专毕业的),这影响吗?其次,我中专护校有学精神科护理和解剖,但
自考大专没有这些考试科目,怎么办?至于学校简介和护理系简介我是没有的,因为我
是自考的,这也该怎么办?还有去哪里要handbook上的申请表?另外,你自己做的那些
寄回国内的样板能否寄来给我参考?我的邮箱:(p***[email protected]).

最近在搬家,网络不通,每个人的情况很不一样,找资料只有靠自己,说句不好听的话
,就是你如果都不知道你学校的情况,别人怎么知道,又怎么帮得到你呢。你一定要自
己想办法联系你的学校。我是国内护理本科毕业,一直在学校上课的那种,所以我找起
资料来很是方便,再加上毕业不久,老师很nice,所以我的材料准备起来相对比较顺利
。我做的样板都是手写的,没有扫描到电脑里,很无奈,没办法给你看了。关于加州的
handbook。链接:http://www.rn.ca.gov/pdfs/applicants/exam-app.pdf,你要把这些东西都打印出来,表格就出来了。所有要填的表格都是可以在这26页中找到的。打印出来后你要认真的逐字逐句的读懂每句话,才能知道该怎么办。
你自考的大专是学校发的毕业证书吗?如果是,你可以在网上搜这个学校,然后找护理
系的电话,打过去问那些你不知道的情况,我觉得她们一般都是很nice的。
申请考试,主要是靠自己,别人能帮的忙还是比较有限的!
