考试时有的是时间，不象做Kplan Qbank有时间限制，所以呢，慢慢读题，千万别急。
- 2道Alzheimer's 的药 -cept, 我重来没见过。。
- TB药，和Qbank里一模一样
- alcohol withdrawal symptom: multiple-multiple
- cocaine overdose的症状: multiple-multiple. 我当时竟然不知它是不是opiod,汗
死。。没选hypotension , urinary retention
- 一道排序：intermittent tube feeding
- 一道心电图 Tachy sinus,问该怎么处理
- chicken pox isolation
- newly admitted DKA pt, what should you do first: insulin IV or bolus 1000
ml NS
- Seasonal Affected Disorder, multiple-multiple: 这个Saunders 和Kplan里都没

得在网上申请就是个石沉大海。MM你在哪个州啊？

发帖数: 94 | 6 I don’t have experience about “walk in医院的经验”, I got the NH part-time
offer first, and then got the hospital full time offer after two weeks. My
experience is you have to get into the door first, it doesn’t matter the
position and facility. That time, my advantage was I worked as nurse extern
in hospital during nursing program.
I believe you need to submit application online for hospital position. The
HRs screen out qualified candidates, then nurse managers interview and make
decision. It takes time to get a hospital position as a new RN, but you’ll
get it finally if you persist.
I am in Midwest. I am job hunting too, because I don’t have green card and
EAD, I start to use my new CPT and OPT, and hope to get a H1B sponsorship
this time.
