本人申请ＣＲＮＡ，得了一个pending offer. 要求必须得到hands-on swan-ganz
experience. 请问怎样才能完成这个要求？
本人在general ICU工作，从来没见过 swan-ganz.问过一个医生，他说现在ＩＣＵ做这
个的很少,一般都是在ＯＲ 做. 是真的吗？

发帖数: 1872 | 2 cardiac surgical ICU. PA cath flow can be done at the bedside in the ICU
occasionally. Usually the residents do it. As bedside nurses, we assist the
procedure. CRNA might do it in some hospitals. It is not a nursing procedure
. You could look for observation opportunities in the CVICU. It is more
difficult to get into OR for OB, but you will get better opportunities in
the CVICU. Honestly, watch couple youtube videos, you will get it all. It is
all about when to inflate the balloon according to PA waveform. Good luck! | k*********i

很少见。一般是病人接受心脏手术的时候在手术室由anesthesiologist同central line
一起弄。术后一到两天拿掉。不过越来越多的医院不再用这个了。祝你好运。 |
