I am a female, looking for a roommate to share a two-bedroom town home.
Available by the end of Feb. Rent is about $500/month + shared utilities.
Located in Dublin, very nice area and very nice place of Northeast Columbus.
The apartment complex has a on-site gym, club room, billiard table, pool,
jacuzzi, and a bar.
Male or female doesn't matter to me. But you must have a stable job, be able
to pay the rent and all bills on time, tidy, and reliable. NO pets please.
