this is your first time. I got a ticket once 74/55. No points.

which count. Then,you may make an appointment or just walk in. Good luck!

increase in your insurance premium.
2). Even 1). is true, it is of your best interest to keep a pointless record
. If you have already had points in your record, then it is a lot harder to
apply for point reduction when getting another ticket.
3). To avoid any points applied to your driving record, call the county
court clerk, asking them what you can do. I assume your previous record is
clean. There may be several possible resolutions:
(A). Taking an online defensive course, and pay the fine; and your ticket is
dismissed once your pay the fine and turn in the proof that shows you have
taken the course.
(B). Go to the court. The first court meeting is actually the time for "
making deals". If your record is clean, the prosecutor will offer you a deal
. Unless you have some solid/convincing evidence to show that the officer
made (or could have made) a mistake in issuing you the ticket, usually you
do not have much room to negotiate. However, the prosecutor is usually nice
if your record is clean. Most likely, you would just take the offer, go to
the judge and plea guilty, pay the fine and court fee and go home. The best
deal is to get a "probation before judgment". In this case, if you do not
get any other ticket in the next 6 months, then just like (A), your ticket
will not show up in your driving record (but still you need to pay the fine)
. The more popular offer is to reduce your violation to a lower level one,
for example, driving 63 mph at a 60 mph speed limit zone.
Taking online course and probation before judgment are not available
everywhere. Anyhow, you need to call and see what you can do. Good luck.

今天去了法庭，跟judge说以前没有record，给改成了一个432.38b，交了罚款（比直接
交罚款多15块），没有点。

North Ridgeville) is not a moving violation.
