发帖数: 3579 | 3 那里也不是只住本科生的，是给米多的人住的。条件比较好点，还有人负责来打扫卫生
，隔层楼都有洗衣房什么的。UA现在的价格是561，无家具，水电气网络暖气有线电视
电话的费用都包括在内，夏天开空调要另加100一个月。精华区的价格是以前的，基本
每年都要涨一点，下个学期开始还要涨将二三十块钱。但还有个选择，就是可以不要电
话，这样就不涨价。 | k**o

早点安排有好处，免得到时没有住址的话，办ssn和银行账户都得推迟 | D*******y

校外便宜但是要自己加电费，cable也不便宜。
校外合住除了电什么都不装会多省些。

available.
Most ppl apply at least 1 month in advance.But you can ask if there is
someone who already have one want to share with you. You can join the
mailing list of osu and ask about it.
