如果从特种兵里再挑神枪手，加以培养，一定是奥运级别。打枪最大的关键是沉着和手
稳，而这两点特种兵里的神枪手都具备，甚至比一般的射击运动员更厉害。

is almost nothing similar between sports shooting and navy seal training.
The army shoots way better than navy in domestic competition, because the
army has the dedicated unit to practice.

than navy, that is why most of the athelets went to Rio are from army.
And to your original question, there is no restriction to prevent nave seal
to come to Olympics, they are just simply not good enough to participate.
And shooting itself has nothing to do with your physical capability, that is
why lot's of Olympic gold medalist are fat and old. And vice versa, it does
not mean a fit navy seal can shoot very well especially at 50m distance.
