想必大家都很自豪本州不收州税，我也想刚过去就享受一下这个待遇，买辆车先。做了
一些调查，要想免税，必须出示居住证明，比如utility bill或者bank statement。但
是这些是不是至少得等一个月，还是有更快的办法吗，比如rental lease或者offer
letter什么的也可以吗？ |

week or so, and see what you really need around your living area.
For quote, Try Costco Auto program, http://www.costcoauto.com/enterzipcode.aspx?gotourl=/default.aspx, at least you can see a solid reference quote even if you shop elsewhere(you are extremely luck if you find a better deal else).
Usually you don't have to have ABS(except commute around Columbia Gorge),we
carry tire cable(~$20-$30) of chains when we travel the mountain passes in
the winter.

，就用了rental lease 证明在本州居住。你看好了车，打电话问问他们能否用rental
lease |
