在网上看了看，好像很多人觉得intel的工作比较忙。因为觉得自己很难承
受一个星期80hr的工作，如果intel文化就是这样的话，我就不麻烦别人投简历浪费时
间了。所以想请问一下Quality相关的部门情况咋样。先谢谢了。 |

on their daily life day after day at Intel fab. |

minimum requirement. For D1D, it is even more, PhD in D1D/PTD was used to do
tool install level 1 sign off and level 2 sign off, which is technician
level job, but as soon as people get in Intel fab, choice will not be yours.

do you know about quality/reliability related work in test development department? I don't have FAB
experience. I am seeking for position like reliability engineer, Q&R, verfication
/fault isolation engineer. How are the work load in those kind of jobs?

发帖数: 12906 | 6 看你的level了,如果是刚入门,一般就是待在实验室里测数据,写报告。噪音大点，地方
挤点，没啥成就感，时间长了容易blue，但是这类工作从没听说80hr/week。最极端的
情况下是赶进度的时候，老板可能要求加班。

发帖数: 225 | 8 一些状况差的Fab单位是有可能80hr/week. 一般的大概也有60hr.算一算, 这比正常公
司40hr/week多了50%.但薪水/Bonus绝没有多50%.而且你可能还要多花钱治疗高压力工
作下带来的忧郁症,高血压...一个同事还开会中突然胃出血叫Ambulence带走..

like that. Most of the people do not even know who quite from Intel, how can
they know there are so many horrible things happening? Intel is a big
company, most of the people have no time to fight over this, it is wasting
time.
Just like Intel only talk about sexual hassement, any other kind of
harrassment consider it normal and acceptable in Intel. |
