EB1 yourself, otherwise, eventhough Intel will file it for you, you still
will be rejected. So, it really doesn't matter.
Do you have the 3 out 6 condition for EB1? Are the conditions you have
strong enough? |

如果你都觉得是不需要的话，那么Intel应该就是只会支持办EB-2。

发帖数: 781 | 4 All RCG senior positions are PHD, Most of the people tried EB1 already, and
it seems nobody has got it so far, they are all on EB2 now. |

All people I know in the labs got green card on EB1... people you know in
the fab probably are different though.

发帖数: 781 | 6 I was trying to say "all new PEs in fab", the folks join Intel a few years
before (at least 4 years ago) probably already got EB1 green card. |
