Bethany 是个
neighborhood along Bethany Blvd in Beaverton. 这两边都有很多 Chinese. IMO,
FH 比较多台湾和大陆人 mix。 Bethany area 比较多国内人。

There are so many Indian families in Bethany area, but very small percetage
in FH.

what about the ranges for 3-4 bedroom, 2.5-3 bath, 2 car garage, 2 floors?
i know i will definitely go with Carina anyway but wanna get something now;) |

If you work in downtown Portland, there is no diference for these 2 places,
but if in Hillsboro, Freeway 217 will kill you at least 2 hours each day.

细。中国人因该有20%啦。但是对社区参与度和学校义工，捐款还有待提高－－－－感
觉大家把房子是当成自己的家了，社区和学校还是“别人”的。要有舍我其谁的心态来
打造提升我们自己的社区和学校啊， 这样我们的房子才能升值, 孩子教育才会超值。

social和community的事还是搁置争议，留给下一代哈呵呵。
ps：我还没买呢，房子最好还是别升值 呵呵。
