觉得他们家的鞋子是不是偏瘦长。但是还是合我脚的。买的时候没怎么注意是不是写着
long啥的。没见过keen这个牌呢还。哪个牌子的跑鞋比较有口杯啊。？

还是路跑或
跑步机比较安全，不容易受伤。

minimum cushion so that you can feel the terrain better. too much cushion is
dangerous for you ankles on uneven terrains. I have a pair of NB 708, which
is really crappy. My other pair of trail shoes is Asics Kahana and I would
highly recommend.

not, because I am a pretty big runner to run with minimum support. if you
are not a forefoot striker, VFF is probably not for you. If you don't know
if you are a forefoot striker, you are probably not.
