1. Tyvek mailing envelope for crampon storage
Not all packs have crampon pockets, and not all people like to strap
crampons on the outside of the pack. If that's the case, your choice is to
put your crampons inside your pack or under your pack lid. Trouble is,
crampons are sharp - and you don't want them cutting/tearing into your pack
or clothes. Instead of wrapping your crampons in a sweater, or haphazardly
throwing them in your pack, pick up a Tyvek mailing envelope from the store.
This extremely lightweight envelope is also very tear resistant, and will
provide just enough protection for your sharp points. |

就用以前国内卖的那种很薄的尼龙运动裤，裤腿拆下来长度差不多，底下一般已经有收
口了，自己在另一端拿鞋带做个收口就可以了，非常轻，也结实。我用了3年了一个戳
口都没有... |

My cooking rack has several sharp points and easily tears the plastic bag.
After each use, it is also very greasy and dirty, and isn't convenient for
storage. With this tyvek envelope, life is easier. The rack now safely sits
in my backpack. Recently test my gear in snow, after cooking is done, just
slip all the dirty stuffs into Tyvek, Yeah! |
