标 题: 第一次走了一条难度级别为strenuous的trail

全程10.5 mile，提升2740feet，用时5.5小时（包括在山顶休息20分钟）。
路线：Lower Sam Merrill Trail -> Echo Mountain -> Castle Canyon ->
Inspiration Point -> Upper Sam Merrill Trail -> Sunset Point -> Echo
Mountain -> Lower Sam Merrill Trail
山顶上那个小亭子就是我们的目的地 Inspiration Point，这是从距离Inspiration
Point只有大概两个switchback的地方拍的
到达小亭子，看见这个“世界著名的望远镜景观”的牌子，把我震撼了一下
这些就是那些世界著名的望远镜，上边都写着分别可以看到什么landmark，够震撼吧？
其实，你真正去看的时候才发现，原来。。。。。。。那些所谓的望远镜都只是一些铁
管子！！！
恩，纯铁管子，连点儿玻璃都木有。lol 够唬人吧？那个牌子，原来是跟你开的个玩笑！
累了一路爬到顶峰，大家笑笑解乏啊！
最幽默的还是这个！你的视线可以拐弯吗？可以吗？？如果可以，你就能看到你的背后
：Inspiration Point!! 真是很佩服美国人的幽默感。lol
这是站在Inspiration Point遥望Mt. Wilson，那顶上林立的象天线一样的东西，大概
就是著名的Mt. Wilson天文台了吧？Mt. Wilson，我每天都可以看到它，在街上开车的
时候，一抬头就可以看到它，我周末爬的每一条trail，都是围绕着它，从不同的角度
、不同的高度，看过它无数次。它就是我心目中的珠峰啊！我计划4月份爬上它。爬Mt.
Wilson的trail有很多很多条，最经典也是距离最短的是Old Mt. Wilson Trail，往返
14miles，提升4500feet。爬上它，可以作为爬山生涯的一个里程碑了。 |

我老的意思是词汇频谱（比如从extremely easy 到 strenuous) 要覆盖全部存在的事
实，就是说实际物理存在的所有的分布，
就是说如果这个算strenuous，那需要更大决心才能上去的怎么算？那需要背氧气的地
方算什么？ more strenuous, even more strenuous, the most strenuous, more
strenuous than the most strenuous, and finally the very most extremely
strenuous ever?

语法上来说most 已经是'最'了。
就不要学中国改革开放初期三流广告里说的 没有最好只有'更'好了
Extreme conditions/terrain.
对普通人来说，能完成都是大牛/大神。
当然可以看具体数据参考，天气/速度/负重等各方面
不过非要在以上所论‘大牛’之间要分高下，其实挺无谓，

And as referene, I'm not in good shape right now. two weeks ago it took me
1h45m up. Yesterday, 2h1m, snow condition on the trail does make a
difference, there are thin layer snow on top of ice above tree line.

当然除了那些个别南美或者吸吗拉雅那边来的牛人，
本来那些人就是以去各地踢场子为己任的
所以不能并论

years. He also had free solo record for Eiger north face. And as I remember,
he worked on solo speed record for Mt. Everest last year. If my memory is
not wrong, current Everest speed holder lives in Seattle. A sherpa, said one
time wanted to break Mt Rainier speed record, but yet to beat it, which is
still hold by a local RMI guide, 2h40 sth car to car, and a female guide a
bit above 2h 50, also local.

：Inspiration Point!! 真是很佩服美国人的幽默感。lol
这是站在Inspiration Point遥望Mt. Wilson，那顶上林立的象天线一样的东西，大概
就是著名的Mt. Wilson天文台了吧？Mt. Wilson，我每天都可以看到它，在街上开车的
时候，一抬头就可以看到它，我周末爬的每一条trail，都是围绕着它，从不同的角度
、不同的高度，看过它无数次。它就是我心目中的珠峰啊！我计划4月份爬上它。爬Mt.
Wilson的trail有很多很多条，最经典也是距离最短的是Old Mt. Wilson Trail，往返
14miles，提升4500feet。爬上它，可以作为爬山生涯的一个里程碑了。 |

Extreme conditions/terrain.
对普通人来说，能完成都是大牛/大神。
当然可以看具体数据参考，天气/速度/负重等各方面
不过非要在以上所论‘大牛’之间要分高下，其实挺无谓，

1h45m up. Yesterday, 2h1m, snow condition on the trail does make a
difference, there are thin layer snow on top of ice above tree line.

Uli's base is in Europe. He is not Seattle local, just stayed in uw fo few
years. He also had free solo record for Eiger north face. And as I remember,
he worked on solo speed record for Mt. Everest last year. If my memory is
not wrong, current Everest speed holder lives in Seattle. A sherpa, said one
time wanted to break Mt Rainier speed record, but yet to beat it, which is
still hold by a local RMI guide, 4h40 sth car to car, and a female guide a
bit above 4h 50, also local.

据传 Willie Benegas 是从南美那边过来踢场子的。
据传还有一个吸吗拉雅那边来的大牛，曾经在AA还是IMG工作，据说也跑了一次，后来
为了顾全本地同事的面子，下山时到了camp Muir 已经明显要大尺度破纪录了就没继续
。也算是小踢了一把（以上均为我老出差的时候听一个8挂型牛人说的，真实与否不敢
